We understand that the Covid-19 pandemic has made it difficult to plan ahead. We want you to be able to plan your event with peace of mind.

We continue to work closely with our clients — new and existing — to find the best possible solution as everyone navigates the situation.

Katah Events COVID-19 Policy

The standard holding deposit which is paid to Katah Events by the client is used to reserve the client’s chosen date. Should government Covid-19 restrictions, at a local, regional or national level, preclude the holding of the event as originally planned, then the holding deposit is fully transferrable to secure a new date, without additional charge to the client.

While we hope that further disruption from Covid-19 will be minimal, we can assure clients that the deposit can be transferred as many times as necessary, if government restrictions related to Covid-19 preclude the holding of the event as originally planned. We will work with clients to find another suitable date, subject to availability, and are committed to working flexibly with all of our clients.

Katah Events is committed to working in a safe manner and will follow industry Covid-19 procedures while working at your event.
