Three Sizes to Suit Any Guest Count

The Kaya Marquee is available in three sizes, each with its own character:

•      Twin-pole (11m x 19.5m) — a beautifully proportioned space ideal for events of around 80–120 guests

•      Three-pole (11m x 28m) — generous and dramatic, suited to events of around 200–250 guests

•      Four-pole (11m x 36.5m) — a large-scale venue for bigger weddings and corporate events of 250+

All three can be dressed with no sides, half sides or full sides, giving complete flexibility over openness and weather protection. Each size can be paired with a catering tent, a Kaya Mini-Marquee reception space, or a stretch tent bar area to create a fully rounded multi-space venue.

What Makes the Kaya Different?

Most marquees are essentially white boxes — functional but characterless. The Kaya Marquee is a genuine architectural statement. The exposed wooden side poles, the draped canvas ceiling that radiates from each central mast, and the scalloped valance that runs around the perimeter all combine to create an interior that looks extraordinary both in person and in photographs.

The quality of light inside is particularly special. During the day, the white canvas acts as a giant diffuser, flooding the space with warm, even natural light. In the evening, Katah’s lighting packages — from simple warm-glow packages to full disco and effects rigs — transform the space into something magical.

Kaya Marquee Interiors: Furniture and Styling

Katah’s bespoke furniture range was designed from scratch to complement the Kaya’s aesthetic. Cut from American black walnut, the lounge suite — with its low wavy-edge coffee tables, plush sofa benches and matching poufs — creates a genuinely luxurious feel. For dining, round 5’6” tables with cross-back chairs or linen, or long rustic pine tables with matching benches, both work beautifully within the Kaya’s proportions.

Bars are available in walnut draught and cocktail configurations, fitted with fridges, beer pumps and copper-patina panels that catch the light beautifully. Dance floors, staging, professional sound systems and outdoor festoon lighting round out the full package.

Kaya Marquee hire starts from roughly £3,000 + VAT for the tent structure alone. A full package — including flooring, lighting, furniture, transport and installation — typically starts from around £6,000 + VAT, with larger or more fully specified events ranging higher. All quotes are bespoke.
